For deliveries within Pakistan, the estimated delivery time is generally:

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated before order confirmation.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms stated with that particular offer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and orders.

For COD orders, customers may be contacted by phone or WhatsApp to confirm their order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may receive tracking details after their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Al-Abha is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery address information.

If incorrect information causes a delivery failure or additional shipping cost, the customer may be responsible for the applicable additional cost.
